    Reservations and Deposits


    To assist you in the selection of the right banquet room, Monty’s will hold an available date for three days. If another guest requests the same room for your date you will be given first priority to put down a deposit. A deposit will be necessary to guarantee your reservation. No further payment is necessary until 14 days prior to your event in cash form. If, at any time after signing of the contract, you should have any reason not to fulfill this agreement you will be responsible for a remaining portion of the final payment. This will be subject to the time frame and circumstance as per management.  


    All deposits are Non-refundable.

     $500-$1,000 deposit to reserve our venue. (Determined on banquet hall) Sign contract

    Cake selection must be made in our office or at bakery location with sufficient notice.


    14 Days Prior


    Final guest count is due at this time.

    • If on the day of your function your final count is over, the balance must be paid that evening. CASH only.
    • Payment in full is due at this time. Expectable forms of payment is CASH or Money  
    • Order. (No personal checks are accepted at this time)
    • At this time please bring completed seating chart indicating table numbers and number of guests per table, you place cards in alphabetical order, and anything else you would like for us to setup on the day of your event i.e. cake  topper, cake knife set, toasting glasses, favors, guest book etc.

     Host hereby expressly agrees that no intoxicating liquors will be given or sold to person

    • Under age 21 with out any valid form of I.D.
    • No tape, tacks or nails may be used on walls.
    • All candles must be contained. Open flames are prohibited. Any damages to tables cloths due to wax will be at Hosts expense. No confetti or glitter may be used.

If, at any time after signing of the contract, you should have any reason not to fulfill this agreement you will be responsible for a remaining portion of the final payment. This will be subject to the time frame and circumstance as per management.

    $500-$1,000 deposit to reserve our venue. (Determined on banquet hall) Sign contract

    Cake selection must be made in our office or at bakery location with sufficient notice.


    14 Days Prior


    Final guest count is due at this time.    

    • If on the day of your function your final count is over, the balance must be paid that evening. CASH only.
    • Payment in full is due at this time. Expectable forms of payment is CASH or Money  
    •  Order. (No personal checks are accepted at this time)
    • At this time please bring completed seating chart indicating table numbers and number of guests per table, you place cards in alphabetical order, and anything else you would like for us to setup on the day of your event i.e. cake  topper, cake knife set, toasting glasses, favors, guest book etc.

    Host hereby expressly agrees that no intoxicating liquors will be given or sold to person  

    • Under age 21 with out any valid form of I.D.
    •  No tape, tacks or nails may be used on walls.
    • All candles must be contained. Open flames are prohibited. Any damages to tables cloths due to wax will be at Hosts expense. No confetti or glitter may be used.
